– Develop the UAE market, with focus on Dubai & Northern Emirates area and contribute to achieving a significant increase in the client base with a strong focus on Trade Finance
– Develop the mid-cap to lower corporate” segment in line with the banks strategy
– Develop relationships with key decision makers and owners and achieve set goal targets
– Prepare a marketing sales plan on a periodic basis identifying target clients to the bank to pursue and follow up with ongoing calls
– Explore and maximize cross-sell opportunities for all products across the bank
– Enhance the depositor base and market liability products
– Work closely with other banks in the UAE as and when required in order to issue bonds for contractor clients
Position the bank as the clients advisor of choice
– Structure facilities to be offered to clients based on the clients needs
– Obtain information to prepare credit applications, including financial spreads complying to bank SLA’s
– Network in the market and identify early warning signals that effect the business or credit quality of client portfolio
– Ensure that all compliance matters are adhered to strictly
– Preparation & submission of MIS reports, call reports and other requirements
